All payments on Heated X are processed via Stripe, ensuring top-level security with 128-bit SSL encryption.

We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Billing in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
Orders placed from Canada are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD $). The amount is charged immediately upon order confirmation.

Refunds
In case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to your bank account within 10 business days.

We do not have access to your full banking details. Only the last 4 digits of your card are visible in our system.
